3. Our team will work with you to find the best solution — for example:

     • A (partial) refund or store credit.

Important to know

• For hygienic reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned or resold. 

• You may test one tube to see if the product suits you — upon return, we only charge for the value of that tube.

• Do you have a problem with a product (e.g., defective lamp or missing item)? We will of course send a replacement or new product immediately.
